Sir Paz Estate Experience Giveaway

1. Promoter
The promoter is Sir Paz in partnership with Alepat Taylor (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and immediate family members) of Sir Paz, Alepat Taylor, and their agencies are ineligible. (Victoria trade promotion lotteries are governed by the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and Gambling Regulations 2015.) [vgccc.vic.gov.au]

3. Competition Period
Opens 1 March 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEST, 31 July 2026. Entries received outside this period are invalid.

4. How to Enter
To enter, during the Competition Period:
a) Purchase any bottle or glass of Sir Paz wine;
b) Scan the barcode at point of sale to access the entry page;
c) Complete the online form with required details;
d) Upload a clear photo of the purchase receipt showing date, Sir Paz product, and venue/store.
Multiple entries permitted. Each valid purchase receipt constitutes one entry

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

  • Lunch for four (4) people at Sir Paz, with a combined food + drinks value capped at AUD $400 total;
  • An immersive wine tasting experience with the owner or Sir Paz viticulturist;
  • Return transport allowance up to AUD $200 provided or reimbursed by the Promoter.

Total maximum prize value: AUD $600. Prize is valid until 31 December 2027 and subject to standard Sir Paz booking procedures (i.e., on operating days and subject to availability). Prize elements will be made available/awarded within 28 days of the draw. Prize winners will not incur a cost to accept the prize beyond trivial costs

6. Draw Details
A random draw will be conducted by the Promoter within 7 days after the Competition Period at: Sir Paz Estate, 54 Parker Rd, Wandin East VIC 3139 by random electronic draw. The draw method will give each valid entry a random and equal chance

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided at entry, and announced on the competition URL
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner.

8. Prize Conditions

  • Lunch cap: The combined value of lunch and beverages must not exceed AUD $400 in total for all four guests; any spend above this cap is at the winner’s expense.
  • Transport voucher: Up to AUD $200, provided on the day of the booking; any transport costs exceeding the voucher value are at the winner’s expense.
  • Booking: Winner must book directly with Sir Paz and comply with venue booking conditions (operating days; subject to availability).
  • No cash alternative: Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Substitution: The Promoter may substitute a prize (or element) with one of equal or greater value if reasonably required.
  • Costs: Any additional costs beyond the stated prize components are the winner’s responsibility. (Winners must not be required to pay to accept the prize beyond trivial costs.)

9. Verification & Invalid Entries
The Promoter may request proof of identity/age and proof of purchase (receipt image and/or original) to verify entries/winner. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

10. Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer the promotion (and, if you opt in, to send marketing communications). It will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://sirpaz.com/policies/privacy-policy. If you don’t provide required information, we cannot process your entry.

11. Responsible Promotion of Alcohol
All advertising and promotional materials must comply with the Responsible Alcohol Advertising and Promotion Guidelines


12. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.

14. General
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter may amend or cancel the promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned (e.g., fraud, technical failure or events beyond its control), provided such changes comply with applicable law and do not materially disadvantage entrants.

15. Record Keeping
The Promoter will retain accurate records of entries, the draw, and prize distribution for 3 years after finalisation of the promotion.

If you opt in, we will also use your details to send you marketing communications about our products and events. If you don’t provide the requested information, we can’t process your entry. We may disclose your information to service providers (IT, prize fulfilment, marketing) who help us run the promotion.
