Select parcels of fruit from our oldest Shiraz vines were used to produced our inaugural Sir Paz Estate Family Reserve, EVANGELOS.

This is wonderfully maturing and gloriously expressed; the immensely complex bouquet shows dark fruit richness together with seductive nuances of dried herb, game, potpourri and cedar. The palate delivers excellent concentration and focus together with refined mouthfeel and silky texture, superbly structured by chalky tannins, making the wine sturdy and engaging.
